[Policy] returns & cancellations

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

GGOT SEOUL has a returns and cancellation policy for a sale
You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by
emailing ggotseoul@gmail.com please provide us with a reason.

If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to refund you.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact GGOT SEOUL
immediately. Include 2 different photographs of the problem and provide
a detailed explanation in an email to ggotseoul@gmail.com

All items should be checked on the day of delivery, and any damages
should be reported to us within 72 hours. Damaged items reported after
this time will not be refunded or replaced.
